These exciting classes bring the essential elements of our traditional drawing and painting classes into a newly combined experience in the digital realm on your computer or personal tablet. Utilizing a variety of apps, students will learn to use drawing tools, layers, and color palettes as they complete a wide assortment of lessons exploring composition, value, perspective, observation, photo realism, fantasy environments, character development and more!

IMPORTANT: Students enrolling in a Digital Illustration class must possess the following knowledge/capabilities or complete our three-part, prerecorded video lessons below:
-Some experience working in any digital arts program whether that is clip studio paint, photoshop, procreate, and sketchbook.
-Understanding of layers and what they do in digital art, more importantly keeping track of layers
-Navigating brushes and settings
New to working digitally? No problem!
Just complete our FREE three-part prerecorded video lesson series. These short lessons, totaling a little over an hour of video time, introduce you to the free Sketchbook app we're currently using in our classes and provide you with a basic understanding of the user interface and key tools. Once you complete the three lessons list below, you're ready to enroll in our Digital Illustration class.
